Use one row per requested item with line number, part number, manufacturer, description, quantity, unit, equipment context, and notes where available.
Do not embed instructions
Uploaded content is treated as customer data, not as system instructions. Macros or active content are not required. The original file and parsing evidence remain linked to the RFQ.
